| We're updating our Pinterest Advertising Services Agreement (PASA). Amongst other changes, we are incorporating a Joint Controller Addendum, which clarifies the responsibilities of Pinterest Europe Limited and our advertisers in relation to personal data subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including as it applies in the UK. The Joint Controller Addendum can be found in Exhibit B of the PASA. These changes will come into effect from February 13, 2023. We recommend that all advertisers processing this personal data review these changes and update their privacy policies to reflect them. |
